COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Jack’s practice focuses on acting as sole and junior counsel in commercial disputes. He accepts instructions to act on the full range of commercial dispute subject-matter, including alleged breaches of contract, tort, equity and Companies Act issues. He also has a particular interest in competition and antitrust matters.

Jack also accepts instructions to assist senior counsel. He has extensive experience in managing litigation and arbitrations in conjunction with other barristers from his experience working as a junior for Andrew Brown QC. Jack has provided junior services to many other senior leaders at the commercial bar in New Zealand, including Simon Foote QC, Derek Nolan QC, Mike Heron QC and Marc Corlett QC.
