LITIGATION MANAGEMENT

Jack has experience in managing litigation in the senior courts as both sole and junior counsel. He regularly accepts instructions at the early stages of disputes and provides letters of advice on available litigation strategies, frequently in urgent circumstances. 

Jack’s practice aims to provide decisive and cost-effective litigation services that suit his clients’ goals and circumstances. For example, he has sought and obtained urgent interim injunctions from the High Court on behalf of rights holders to restrain unlawful conduct, as well as successfully defended the same. In bringing and defending such proceedings, he has developed expertise in all steps of trial and interlocutory practice, including briefing evidence, managing documentary disclosure, and drafting applications and submissions.
 

Jack has broad experience in trial and appellate advocacy. He has acted and appeared in numerous High Court commercial disputes through to trial. Jack also frequently appears on appeal before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
